What we collect
- Contact and booking forms: name, e-mail and the details you send us – used solely to answer you and, if you book, to organise your trip (hotels, tickets, visa support). Booking data is kept as long as legally required for accounting.
- Server logs: our web server stores technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting; they are deleted automatically.
- Cookies: this site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for caching). No advertising trackers.
Payments
Payments are processed by external payment providers; your card details never reach our servers.
