📋 The itinerary – day by day
Arrival in Riga or Tallinn
You travel to Riga or Tallinn on your own – whichever connection suits you best. From there, we continue on together to Pskov.
Bus to Pskov – arrival & first exploration
We travel onward together by bus – departures from Riga or Tallinn at around 10am, 2pm, and 4pm, journey time 4–5 hours. We’ll meet you at the bus station in Pskov, help you check in at the hotel, and leave the evening free.
City tour & government meeting
Morning through Pskov’s historic heart: the kremlin, Trinity Cathedral, and the old town. In the afternoon, a meeting with local authorities about the region’s immigration program.
Excursion: Izborsk & Pechory Monastery
A day trip: Izborsk with its medieval fortress, and the Pechory Cave Monastery – one of Russia’s oldest monasteries, never closed even once. Evening free.
Mirozhsky Monastery & housing market guidance
In the morning, the Mirozhsky Monastery with its 12th-century Byzantine frescoes. Afterward, a structured briefing on the housing market – interspersed with markets and the everyday life of the city.
Practical appointments: work, schools & community
A visit to the job placement office, meetings with schools and kindergartens, and a gathering with the community of newcomers. Afternoon free.
Closing discussions & return journey
A final group discussion together: what’s been clarified, what are the next steps? Then the return trip by bus – departing around 11am, another 4–5 hours back to Riga or Tallinn, depending on where you started from.

From Riga or Tallinn, you make your own way home – an easy end to a trip that will stay with you for a long time.
